A question many people have asked is what did you learn this year in Mr. Kimbley's class. To be honest I learned quite a few things. I learned how to use excel correctly, how to use google drive, and how to use Powtoons. I learned how to make cool multimedia projects. One of the most useful things I have learned this year is how to make a free website using Weebly and using Google Drive. I liked the idea of owning a website because you manage it. You make it fit your personality.  I like how I was introduced to Google Drive. It has made work so much more easy. I actually think Computers class is one of the funnest classes even though we have to do a lot of work. Some other useful things I learned this year was how to make a presentation. I already knew how to make one, just not a good and useful one. I like the software Powtoons we used. In the years that continue I will plan 

    So since today is technically the last free write friday for this school year I wanted to talk about what I'm planning to do this summer. For most people summer is the best time of the year. They go out with their friends, they stay up late, go swimming, but not me. Instead this year, like probably every year, I'm going to be at home cleaning and taking care of my brothers.
     I'm usually very happy for school to end, but when it almost is about to I realize I might not be able to go out with my friends. This means that my summer is going  to be spent, like all my summers, cleaning and baby-siting. I honestly hope this summer won't be boring. Well at least I get to take a break off of school and sort-of relax at home. Well even though my summer vacations might be boring I hope your's arn't. Enjoy summer!

I have many favorite songs. My number one favorite song is "Mirrors", by Justin Timberlake. I like this song because it has a really relaxing beat at first but then pumps up. Another song I have recently heard on the radio is Beat it, not by Micheal Jackson but by Sean Kingston. I really like this song because again it has a nice beat.      As many people might might agree with me, I think that Computech students shouldn't have to wear uniforms. I think this because I think that the best way to show someone's personality is by the way they dress. Many kids don't like the dress code. 
     I personally dont like it because you have to wear collars. I think that if they would let us wear whatever we wanted, following the FUSD dress code, kids would do better in school. Some kids might not pay attention in class because they don't like what they have to wear. Yes, there might be some advantages to wearing school uniforms, but I think we should be able to wear what we want.

I met Tori in 5th grade at Manchester G.A.T.E. in Mrs. DeCarli's class.  She was very friendly when I first met her. Tori is now 13 years old. She also attends Computech. I think Tori is an outstanding volleyball, basketball, and tennis player. Well she's pretty much good at every sport. I think she is a great role model. Tori is a lot taller than me. We have two periods together this year. I think that one day Tori is going to become a professional player for any sport really, because she is a really good player. Not only is Tori a great athlete, she is also a great student. She is a 7th this year and already takes Algebra I.  I think that she has a bright future ahead of here if she keeps doing what she's doing. (:

I had planned to go to the movies last Saturday for my birthday, but plans got canceled for certain reasons. Even though that day didn't have such a good start; It had an amazing finish. After my brothers' soccer games my dad took me to this park. He covered my eyes and took me to this one bench. When I opened my eyes I saw my friends there. They had planned a surprise party for me. No one before had ever done that for me. I was very surprised and happy. They baked me some cupcakes, brought cookies, candy, and my friend Maria even brought carne asada. I think I am a luck I'm glad I met them this year; They are definiately friends I would never want to lose; They're friends who live a little better, laugh a little louder, and smile a little bigger.

Well I don't really know what to write about so I guess I'll write about why today is such a special day. Well today I turned 13 years old. So I'm officially a teenager. I wanted to thanks everyone that said Happy Birthday to me. It really means a lot. I was going to go watch a movie today with some friends, but I have to go somewhere else so I might go watch a movie on the weekend. I'm glad I came to this school this year because I made some amazing friends. I have become so close to my friend Maria, even though I barley met her in summer school. I'm glad I'm still friends with my friend from kindergarten, Nalita. Even though the years have passed, we are still great friends. I hope we can stay friends for a long time because she has proven to be an amazing friend.

This month of April was pretty busy. This month my parents are getting married by church and my birthday is coming up. Since I already did a blog about what I want for my birthday I might as well make a blog about my parents' wedding. My parents have been together for about 12 years or more. They've always wanted to get married by church, but they had to fix some issues first. My grandmothers will be joining us today for church rehearsal because the wedding is tomorrow. I am very excited about tomorrow. I already have my new red dress I got, and my shoes. Tomorow is an important day my family will cherish and remember.

Since my birthday is coming up I decided to write about it. Well for starters my birthday is on the 19th. Honestly I'm pretty happy with my life right now. Last year I didn't really get to celebrate my birthday so this year I might go shopping or go to the movies with my friends. My parents asked me what I wanted this year and all really want is a churro from the swapmeet. I know this might sound kind of weird but churros are my favorite.
